After finishing second in the District Tournament earlier in the term, the Under 14 team qualified for the County Tournament at Hertfordshire Sports Village on Wednesday, 1st December.
In a tough 5 team group, which included the eventual winners (Meridian School), we won two lost two. This meant we finished 3rd in the group, narrowly missing out on the semi finals. If we had played as strongly in our first game against Highfield as we did in our last game against Meridian we would have qualified for the semi finals.
The squad worked extremely hard and were a pleasure to take to the tournament. There is real depth to the squad and they are developing into a really strong group of players. Well done!

SENIOR GAME TONIGHT IS POSTPONED
Unfortunately, due to staff absence tonights under 18 game v St Columbas has had to be postponed. The next game for year 11 is Monday 30th November and for the under 18 team is Thursday 3rd December.

Fixtures for next week
There are three fixtures next week:
Monday 19th Under 13 girls against Queens (Home) and Under 13 boys against Sandringham (Away)
Thursday 22nd Under 18 girls against Highfield (Away)
All three games are County League fixtures and team sheets are on the notice board in the gym corridor.
The under 12 boys game scheduled against SCC has been postponed by SCC and will be rearranged asap.
