After finishing second in the District Tournament earlier in the term, the Under 14 team qualified for the County Tournament at Hertfordshire Sports Village on Wednesday, 1st December.
In a tough 5 team group, which included the eventual winners (Meridian School), we won two lost two. This meant we finished 3rd in the group, narrowly missing out on the semi finals. If we had played as strongly in our first game against Highfield as we did in our last game against Meridian we would have qualified for the semi finals.
The squad worked extremely hard and were a pleasure to take to the tournament. There is real depth to the squad and they are developing into a really strong group of players. Well done!
